Job Summary
Oversee regional HR operations by localizing benefits, managing full-cycle recruitment, and driving employee experience programs including performance management and training. Act as a strategic HR business partner to regional leaders, guiding organizational design, talent planning, and merger integration while representing HR in the Regional Management Team. Champion global DEI initiatives, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with local employment legislation across EMEA. Provide leader coaching on complex employee relations and offer proactive recommendations to the global HR team. Report to the Director of HR in a fast-paced technology environment, balancing global standards with regional competitive advantages.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business/HR Management or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources Business Partner and leadership roles
- background in a growing and fast paced, high tech environment
- Solid background with strategically designing and executing HR programs that contribute to a positive employee experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment
- Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in modern workplace tools (Google Workspace, MS Office)
- hands-on experience navigating or implementing HRIS, ATS and other HR systems
- Proficient knowledge in regional labour law legislation
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Ability to manage and drive several projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Must be strong in areas of detailed orientation, creativity and problem solving
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English
