Job Summary
Senior Regional HR Director responsible for strategy, governance, and compliance of HR and payroll across Dallas-area locations; lead HR Managers, oversee employee relations, payroll accuracy, disciplinary actions, and regulatory compliance; partner with VP HR and Finance; oversee HRIS, benefits, performance, and reporting; office-based with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of leadership experience in HR, payroll, finance, or people operations
- Experience managing payroll with Finance/external providers
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, wage and hour regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or comparable certification (or willingness to obtain) (preferred)
