Regional Human Resources Director responsible for strategic HR leadership across multiple facilities in Missouri, Kansas, and Ohio. Lead union contract negotiations and grievance processes; manage PBJ reporting to CMS; ensure payroll accuracy and compliance; maintain HR policies and programs; oversee employee relations, investigations, onboarding, and orientation; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; administer benefits, workers’ compensation, and leave; manage HR department budget and team; leverage HR software to drive accountability and efficiencies.
