Job Summary
The Regional HR Business Partner partners with school leaders and regional teams to deliver a people plan aligned with ISP’s global strategy and local priorities. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and organisational design to drive employee engagement and operational excellence. Uses Workday to track HR metrics, provide insights on turnover, cost per hire, and training hours, and to support HR strategy decisions. Leads safer recruitment, upholds high recruitment standards, and collaborates with finance and leadership on the annual salary review. Drives talent management, development planning, regional OMR talent reviews, internal mobility, and DEIB initiatives. Focuses on enhancing employee experience, culture, safeguarding, and alignment with ISP policies while supporting onboarding and organisational change across schools. Requires strong HR business partnering skills, commercial acumen, people analytics, and proficiency with HRIS/Workday, with emphasis on performance development, employee relations, and organisational design.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent
- Workday experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to the region
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills
- Talent management and succession planning experience
- Performance management and employee development
- Organisational design and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- DEIB and safeguarding awareness and practice
