Job Summary
Oversee HR departments across 9 Skilled Nursing Facility locations, providing leadership to facility managers and staff. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while standardizing policies and procedures organization-wide. Partner with executive leadership on employee relations, performance management, and recruitment strategies to improve retention. Lead training initiatives for HR teams and monitor metrics to drive informed decision-making. Assist with audits, surveys, and regulatory inspections as needed. This role serves as a key partner to executive leadership, supporting a growing organization operating 9 SNFs with a people-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and healthcare compliance
- Proven ability to manage multi-site HR operations
- Ability to travel between facilities as needed
