Regional Human Resource and Administration Manager

Job Summary
Lead HR and administrative functions across multiple regions. Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with business objectives; provide leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning. Drive talent acquisition strategies, onboarding, onboarding integration across geographies, training and development, performance management, and offboarding. Enhance employee engagement, manage complex employee relations, and foster diversity and inclusion. Design and manage global compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Develop global HR policies, ensure health and safety compliance, and monitor employment law changes. Oversee global HRIS implementation, data analytics, and ensure streamlined administrative processes. Manage office administration and budgets across global locations and ensure accurate payroll, tax reporting, and timely tax forms. Ensure commissions are tracked and Sales Agreements are prepared with appropriate templates. Collaborate with regional leadership as a strategic partner to support scalable growth across regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a global or regional management role
- Strong understanding of global labor laws, compliance, and best practices
- Experience with HR technology systems and analytics
- Proven ability to work in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team
