Job Summary
Support regional transformation initiatives across AI, automation, and digital HR by partnering with Southeast Asia markets to improve processes and drive adoption of new ways of working. Develop resources, playbooks, communications, and learning materials to scale AI & automation solutions across the regions while analysing data, preparing insights, and supporting reporting to inform decision-making. Identify opportunities to simplify, harmonise, and improve employee and HR experiences across markets. This role sits at the intersection of people, technology, and transformation, requiring experience in HR transformation, operations, or project management within a fast-paced, regional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HR transformation, HR operations, L&D, project management or related fields
- Experience using Microsoft applications and using AI/automation to improve work processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action
- Curious about technology, AI, and continuous improvement
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, regional environment
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power BI and Power Automate
- Experience working across multiple countries or stakeholder groups
