Job Summary
Regional HR Manager responsible for overseeing HR operations, strategy, and execution within a defined geographic region, including employee relations, policy governance, and compliance with local labour laws. Lead and mentor HR teams and managers, provide guidance on HR policies and programs, manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, and disputes, and collaborate with senior leaders and external partners. Role emphasizes change-management, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and ensuring compliant, fair, and effective HR practices across the region. Desirable language skills include German or Dutch; based in Prague, Czech Republic. Contract duration: 12 months.
