Job Summary
Regional HR Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) responsible for delivering HR strategy across the region. Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Business Partners and Recruiters, driving recruiting, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, succession planning, and organizational design. Partner with senior leadership to align regional HR initiatives with client expectations, establish regional operating rhythms, leverage workforce data to identify trends, and serve as escalation point for complex employee relations and organizational issues. Drive consistency across regions, strengthen partnerships with global/local stakeholders, and lead initiatives to improve HR processes, scalability, and team performance. Travel up to 30% of the time; support nights/weekends as needed; comfortable working in a multi-country environment. Requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, 5+ years HR experience, 3+ years of people management, ability to work with diverse cultures, and fluent English. Salary is aligned to Dublin markets with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- 3+ years of experience managing people
- experience supporting an operations team in a data centre environment
- knowledge of global HR best practices (talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent development)
- ability to work in a multi-country environment with different local labour laws and regulations
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to present to senior leadership and large audiences
- proficiency in English (written and verbal)
