Regional HR Manager- EMEA

Lead and develop a regional team of HR Generalists and HR Administrators across multiple countries in EMEA. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with local legislation and internal policies. Manage regional workload planning, prioritisation, and service delivery standards while acting as an escalation point for complex HR matters. Build strong relationships with business leaders and partner with specialist teams to ensure compliant, efficient people operations. Drive consistency in HR processes, controls, and operational standards across the region, leading the implementation of global HR programmes with local relevance. Maintain oversight of payroll coordination, employee records, and operational compliance activities. Monitor trends, risks, and employee insights to provide recommendations to stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Support change management activity to embed new processes and systems across the region.
