Job Summary

Partner with Regional Vice Presidents, Directors, and Store Operations leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and serve as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness. Lead succession planning, drive training compliance, and coach leaders through performance management and individual development plans. Conduct workplace investigations, ensure federal and state employment law compliance, and analyze workforce metrics to improve retention and engagement. Represent HR on cross-functional initiatives and develop action-oriented plans to enhance operational excellence. This Full-time role in Boston, Massachusetts requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of retail HR experience, with a starting rate of $103,000–$118,000 plus bonus and equity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting a multi-unit retail organization
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
  • Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and build strong business partnerships across multiple levels of an organization
  • Experience analyzing workforce data and translating insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Strong communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional Human Resources certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
  • Human Resources experience supporting large, multi-site retail operations
  • Bilingual Spanish language skills
  • Experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
