Own regional people agenda, lead four-person team (People Partnering, People Relations, Location Partners), adapt global People initiatives for local relevance, ensure regulatory compliance, support org design, country expansion, total rewards benchmarking, and handling sensitive people matters. Serve as regional subject-matter expert on local legislation and cultural nuances, pilot regional benefits gaps, and align regional priorities with Canva’s global People function. Drive regional culture, engagement, and leadership presence, with autonomy to influence while coordinating with global Centers of Excellence.
