Job Summary
Regional HR Head responsible for HR interventions to maximize employee potential and drive productivity and efficiency aligned with business outcomes. Partners with business leaders to develop and implement interventions that foster operational excellence through end-to-end Employee Lifecycle Management, organizational effectiveness, and change management with measurable business results. Leads a small team of HR Business Partners, ensures uniform HR policy/system deployment across the region, collaborates with senior leaders to diagnose needs and co-create HR solutions, manages employee relations, and drives HR metrics/analytics to quantify impact. Proficient in HRMS tools (Oracle, SAP, etc.), knowledge of labor laws, strong stakeholder management, and experience in digital services/telecom/B2B sectors. Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Required Qualifications
- 14-16 years of proven expertise in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations/ Service Delivery for large enterprises
- MBA or Post Graduate in Management or Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- Significant exposure to digital services, telecom or B2B sectors is mandatory
- Proven expertise in implementing HR Strategy/ Employee Benefit Policies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using various leading HRMS tools (Oracle, SAP, Etc.)
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to employees/offices
- HRBP certification is a plus
- Experience working in high-growth, matrixed, or global organizations
- Exposure to agile ways of working or digital transformation
