Job Summary
Regional HR Coordinator responsible for coordinating the applicant, hiring, onboarding and training experience for all community employees. Enhances and improves the SRIM experience by communicating with residents, families, and associates, and provides support to the executive director including coordination of various support services, accounting, and human resource functions. Duties include coordinating pre-employment processes (job ads, applicant screening, testing, new hire paperwork), maintaining personnel files, coordinating employee training and health screening requirements, handling correspondence, assisting with employee evaluations and appreciation initiatives, ensuring policy compliance, attending trainings, and supporting emergency procedures. Requires knowledge of basic HR principles, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with MS Office 365 and HRIS such as Paylocity; education: high school diploma or GED with 2-4 years related experience or equivalent combination.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic Human Resource principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel)
- Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS
