Job Summary
Regional HR Business Partner role supporting a multi-state region including Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, Manassas (VA), and Bowie (MD). Field-focused with 50-75% in-store presence, partnering with store leadership to build bench strength, drive talent development and recruiting practices, coach leaders on development plans, and ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws. Responsible for employee relations, HR operations, and local recruiting efforts, with emphasis on coaching General Managers and store leadership, developing succession plans, implementing hiring standards, and maintaining an effective talent lifecycle. Requires collaboration with HR leadership, travel within the region, and ability to support a diverse, hourly workforce; conversational Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of coaching and developing leaders at field or store management level
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment law, ability to interpret and apply policies
- Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with remote teams across multiple time zones
- Fluency in Spanish preferred (written and verbal)
