Job Summary

Regional HR Business Partner supporting stores across a multi-state region (including Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, Manassas, VA, Bowie, MD). Field-focused role spending 50–75% of time in stores, partnering with General Managers and leadership to build bench strength, develop talent, and execute recruiting strategies. Coaches leaders on development frameworks, drives hiring practices, and supports local recruiting efforts. Serves as the regional HR expert on employee relations, compliance, and employment law, ensuring stores operate within federal, state, and local regulations. Partners with HR leadership and Talent Acquisition to align recruiting initiatives, interview standards, and onboarding. Builds local recruiting through community partnerships and market-specific initiatives; conducts talent reviews, succession planning, and performance processes. Requires travel up to 50–75% within the region and fluency in Spanish is preferred for effective communication with a diverse workforce. Based in Miami with a home store in Hialeah and flexible remote support for administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally in retail, manufacturing, or an environment supporting a primarily hourly workforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in human resources
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing leaders at the field or store management level
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles with the ability to interpret and apply employment law, company policies, and HR best practices to real business situations
  • Ability to travel up to 50-75% within the assigned region, with regular weekly store visits
  • Conversational fluency in Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with and support our diverse, Spanish-speaking workforce across multiple store locations

  • Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with remote teams across multiple time zones
  • Language requirements: Conversational fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
