Job Summary
Regional HR Business Partner overseeing a multi-state region (Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville, Manassas, VA, Bowie, MD) with 50-75% in stores. Partners with store leadership to develop bench strength, coach leadership on talent development, and drive succession and internal promotions. Owns employee relations investigations, compliance, and employment-law adherence; ensures postings and HR processes are compliant. Supports recruiting for supervisor-level roles, talent reviews, and open enrollment; utilizes HRIS data; travels regularly to stores across the region. Bilingual Spanish support is strongly preferred to connect with Spanish-speaking store teams. Based in Tampa with remote flexibility for administrative/project work when not in the field.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Conversational fluency in Spanish preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment law; ability to apply policies to business situations
- Ability to travel up to 50-75% within the assigned region
- Proven track record of coaching and developing leaders at store/field management level
- Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with remote teams across multiple time zones
- Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills
