Job Summary
Regional HR Business Partner focused on talent development across a multi-state retail region. Partners with regional and store leadership to identify high-potential employees, develop individualized development plans, coach General Managers and store managers on talent strategies, and drive succession planning and internal promotions. Owns employee relations, compliance training, wage/hour practices, and HR programs with travel to stores in the Tampa, VA, MD region. Spanish language fluency is strongly preferred to support a diverse, predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce; the role requires up to 50-75% travel to stores and regular collaboration with field leaders. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of coaching and developing leaders at the field or store management level
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment law
- Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with remote teams across multiple time zones
- Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills
- Ability to travel up to 50-75% within the region with regular store visits
