Job Summary
Regional HR Business Partner at AmeriCare Health & Retirement, Inc. partners with community BOMs and department leaders on HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy interpretation), leads employee relations investigations, ensures compliance with federal and California employment laws, and supports talent acquisition and HR initiatives to boost employee retention and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience
- Experience supporting multi-site operations within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries is a major plus
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is strongly preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and California employment laws and wage & hour regulations
- Solid experience with HRIS systems (Paycom experience preferred) and Google Applications
- Strong emotional intelligence with a proven ability to manage sensitive employee relations with discretion; resilience to handle high-pressure, emotionally challenging situations
