Job Summary
Regional Home Manager responsible for leading Home modality programs in the region, overseeing an RN team, developing region-wide plans, and driving improvements in clinical outcomes. You will partner with physicians, nurses, and hospital/clinic leadership to educate patients, support conversions to home dialysis, monitor regional performance, and manage regional budgets and staffing. The role requires travel up to 50% in the local region, leadership of a multidisciplinary team, and a focus on patient-centered care and quality improvement in an outpatient dialysis setting.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with physicians, nurses, regional operations director and facility administrators
- Ability to influence and understand different points of view to drive change
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through
- Ability to analyze data and act on it
- An appetite for continuous improvement and innovation
- Associate's degree required
- Two-four years of healthcare management experience preferred
