Job Summary
Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets while overseeing the acquisition of HNI/UHNI clients. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of wealth managers to drive performance excellence, setting benchmarks and fostering a culture of accountability. Conduct periodic reviews with key clients to understand financial goals and offer tailored solutions across mutual funds, PMS, AIF, insurance, and structured products. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, monitor client transactions, and provide compliance training to the team. This role requires strategic planning and deep expertise in wealth management for a leading firm in the sector.
