Job Summary
Regional Head of Technology for MedTech EP-CNV in the EMEA region. The role partners with regional MedTech leadership to shape growth strategies, modernize platforms, and deliver differentiated digital and AI capabilities for customers and patients. You will lead a business-facing technology organization across the EP-CNV portfolio, align technology roadmaps with regional business goals, and drive end-to-end execution with emphasis on data governance, cybersecurity, regulatory alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus areas include running the business with reliable data, improving processes through AI-enabled solutions, and transforming the organization via scalable product management, delivery discipline, and cross-region partnerships. The role reports to the VP & Head of Technology and AI and requires up to ~20% travel across multiple countries in Europe and adjacent markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business)
- Master’s degree preferred
- 12+ years in technology leadership with direct experience
- 8+ years of people leadership
- Proven track record in product management, agile delivery, and portfolio governance
- Fluency with cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML/GenAI
- Demonstrated experience modernizing legacy environments with digital and AI-enabled solutions
