Regional Head of Ocean CX Americas, GSC responsible for leading customer experience operations within the Maersk environment. Key duties include overseeing customer channel management, case management, onboarding and relationship management, contract and dispute management, and directing leadership development, coaching, and performance reviews for teams. Develops and executes business plans, policies, and practices, sets direction for operational areas, and leads complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders. Demonstrates broad technical and industry knowledge, and drives talent development, bench strength, and strategy execution.
