Job Summary
Regional Head of Corporate Development in APAC leads growth through Strategic Partnerships (approx. 60%) and M&A (approx. 40%), identifying and cultivating partner relationships, building a reseller/referral network, licensing content, and engaging with government entities. Responsibilities include developing pipelines for M&A targets, negotiating acquisition terms and partnership agreements, collaborating with Strategy, Legal, and Commercial Excellence to structure financially attractive deals, and reporting on regional activities to senior leadership. The role requires a MBA or equivalent degree with 10-15 years in business development or sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities. The position is described as Hybrid (2-3 days in office) with emphasis on high visibility in the Asia-Pacific region.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Master’s in Business Administration
- 10-15 years of Business Development and/or Sales Experience
- Superior negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Proven leadership skills with the capacity to drive projects forward
- Strategic thinker with ability to blend consulting and business strategy
- Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills
