Job Summary
Regional Head / Deputy General Manager for Adjacent Offline Payments Business responsible for driving business growth across the assigned territory by leading field sales teams and expanding merchant acquisition and engagement. Drives sales across EDC Machines, Soundbox, Payment Gateway, EMI activations, and merchant loans; strengthens merchant engagement and ensures growth in transaction volumes. Requires leadership, hands-on field execution, and strategic thinking to scale the business across multiple locations. Key duties include building and leading sales teams, identifying new merchant opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, maintaining product expertise across EDC/POS terminals and related services, coordinating with Growth and NSM, and delivering forecasts and market insights while maintaining field discipline and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ yrs of leadership experience of Field Distribution sales in EDC/POS, Fintech, FMCD, Insurance Sales
- Who can build his own team
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Review of Sales Team daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Will be handling assigned territory for Adjacent Offline Payments
- Good communication and leadership skills
