Job Summary

Lead the Regional GrabAds agency partnerships business, partnering with top media agencies and enterprise advertisers to drive commercial growth. Design scalable agency programs and frameworks, enable regional sales and marketing teams to drive adoption of GrabAds features, manage a portfolio of agency partnerships, lead executive-level relationships with holding companies, run quarterly business reviews, and mentor a small team. Drive thought leadership, enablement, and training programs; represent GrabAds in industry communities and advocate for partner-focused product enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Senior Agency Background: 10 plus years of experience at a media publisher, advertiser, or agency
  • Proven Systems Builder: build commercial systems or programs from scratch
  • Leadership: 5 years of team management
  • Market Knowledge: network of decision makers at large advertisers/agencies in Southeast Asia
  • Data Driven Approach: interpersonal and stakeholder management with data to drive consultative selling
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: self-starter in unstructured environments
  • Executive Influence: leverage executive relationships to deepen penetration
  • Executive Communication: distill complex agency dynamics into actionable insights
