Job Summary
Regional Head - Ad Sales West (LCS), Digital Business leads monetization and revenue growth for Sony Pictures Networks' digital advertising products in the West region. Responsible for building and sustaining agency and client partnerships, developing long-term business plans, securing long-term commitments, managing end-to-end stakeholder relationships, and delivering a robust revenue pipeline through customized properties and brand solutions. Requires strategic thinking to maximize inventory utilization, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, in-depth knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, and a track record of achieving revenue targets. MBA preferred with 8+ years in digital advertising sales; TV sales experience can be considered. Location is Mumbai.
Required Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- 8+ years in digital advertising sales
- experience in digital advertising sales for Large Client/Agency environment preferred
- TV sales experience can be considered
- strong agency and client contacts in West India
- strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- data and analytics understanding to drive ROI
- ability to build and manage a revenue pipeline
- stakeholder management from end-to-end
- project management and strategic planning abilities
