Job Summary
As a Regional HC Associate at PwC, you will support human capital services such as global mobility, HR transformation, and talent management. You will be responsible for executing HR-related transactions, resolving inquiries, and collaborating within a team of problem solvers. Essential skills include project management, stakeholder management, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience, alongside strong communication and analytical abilities. Experience in data visualization and knowledge of Power BI and Alteryx is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Business Administration
- Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent professional judgement and ability to propose alternative solutions to complex issues
- Possess a “can do” attitude and client service mentality
- Ability to pro-actively manage expectations and challenge others in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail
- Strong performance track record
