Regional Growth Manager, Professional Engineering Services (Buildings, Energy, and Infrastructure)

Regional Growth Manager for Professional Engineering Services focused on buildings, energy, and infrastructure. Lead mechanical design/MEP work for healthcare facilities as part of a multi-discipline project team, and perform project management duties including resource allocation, budgeting, and personnel development. Responsibilities include conducting preliminary evaluations, producing design drawings and specifications, preparing permit submittals, developing new clients, delivering high-quality service, preparing proposals and client presentations, and acting as project manager when required. Requirements include a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, TN PE registration or eligibility, 15+ years in electrical/mechanical design and system analysis, 2+ years of leadership, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred experience in healthcare and strong communication, proactiveness, and independent work capability. The role offers hybrid remote work with a Nashville footprint in the US.
