Job Summary

Drive faster Building Chair launches toward the six-month time-to-launch KPI, recruiting, onboarding, and sustaining chairs as the regional priority. Qualify and convert Marketing Qualified Leads using local market knowledge, while building trusted relationships with existing chairs to drive retention, referrals, and additional group launches. Proactively generate new group members through regional networks and direct outreach, treating every conversation with a senior executive as a chair-sourcing opportunity. Surface live intelligence on coaching needs and group practices to the L&D function. Work the London and South region end to end, attending regional networks, events, and forums, with two days per week at the Southampton office and regular travel across the patch.

Required Qualifications

  • Senior commercial or business development experience

  • an understanding of peer-group dynamics
  • Field-based within the London & South region
  • two days per week required at the Vistage UK office in Southampton
  • regular travel across the patch to meet chairs, prospects and members
  • UK-wide travel for NCM, CEO Tables Chair Edition, regional events, forums, and Chair community engagement
  • The National Chair Meeting and flagship events are non-negotiable in-person commitments

Desired Qualifications
