Job Summary
Lead regional growth initiatives by building relationships with utilities and municipal clients to drive water, wastewater, and bio solids O&M opportunities. Responsible for coordinating proposal efforts and RFP responses, managing commercial reporting for key contracts, and collaborating with regional VP, site leadership, and technical resources. Requires Bachelor's degree, contracting with utilities/PPP experience, water utility knowledge, strong relationship management, and structured, cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Contracting with Utilities and Private Public Partnership experience preferred.
- Water utility experience preferred.
