Regional Global Practice Manager - Environmental Services

Job Summary

Develop and execute the strategic business plan to expand the Environmental practice across the South Central Region, leading sales, recruiting, and proposal activities. Oversee engineering and design-build operations, including project delivery, risk management, and quality control, while serving as a technical advisor on key projects. Build and manage a diverse team by conducting performance evaluations, succession planning, and staff development initiatives to achieve profitable growth targets. Establish unified project teams, coordinate resource utilization, and ensure adherence to safety and client satisfaction standards. Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, drive market awareness through professional associations, and partner with national and regional offices to facilitate business development.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in engineering, business or related degree from an accredited program
  • 10 years relevant consulting experience
  • 12+ years relevant consulting experience preferred
  • preferably in the consulting engineering industry
  • project management required
  • Experience in a senior leadership role
  • managing a large business line or office with multiple technical disciplines
