Job Summary
Lead operations for The Gathering Spot Atlanta and Retreat across two clubs, overseeing the General Managers and senior ops leads. Own overall P&L performance, member experience and retention, and day-to-day operational excellence with on-site presence during peak service, member events, and major activations. Coordinate cross-club operations including culinary, banquet, and maintenance teams; partner with Private Events, Programming, and Member Experience & Growth functions to ensure successful execution. Require 10+ years of progressive leadership in hospitality or premium experiential brands, proven multi-location management, on-the-floor leadership, strong brand stewardship, and financial fluency. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, private clubs, or premium experiential brands
- Direct experience leading multi-unit or multi-location operations
- On-the-floor leadership at premium clubs or hospitality venues
- Financial fluency — comfortable with P&L ownership, labor models, food cost, and unit economics of hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to develop people — former direct reports are strong references
- A real sense of brand and understanding that operations is the brand at a premium club
- Comfort in a fast-moving, owner-led business with autonomy and accountability
