Lead complex high-exposure claims across a regional scope, handling complex commercial property and liability losses generally exceeding $100,000. Responsibilities include investigating damages, negotiating adjustments with corporate management, brokerage personnel, lawyers, accountants, or public adjusters representing the insured; presenting evidence in legal proceedings; making sales calls and presentations; mentoring and guiding team members to elevate performance; coordinating loss investigations with claimants, witnesses, and industry experts; serving as a trusted authority and providing strategic recommendations, including litigation when appropriate. This role supports regional claim resolution and team success, contributing to restoration efforts for the community.
