Job Summary
Regional FP&A Head responsible for leading financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision support across South Asia. Partners with regional leadership, business units, and corporate finance to strengthen financial discipline, improve forecasting accuracy, and provide actionable insights that support profitable growth and operational efficiency. Drives AOP, long-term strategic planning, rolling forecasts, and regional management reporting; oversees MIS, variance analysis, and executive presentations (HFM/Hyperion, Oracle Cloud, BI tools). Acts as a strategic finance partner to leadership, conducts financial analysis and scenario modeling to support key business decisions and risk mitigation; enhances cash flow and working capital visibility; coordinates with Global FP&A and site finance teams; leads process excellence and digitalization, championing automation and AI-enabled analytics. Builds and mentors a regional FP&A team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Requires professional finance qualification (CA or MBA) and 8–12 years of experience in FP&A or finance leadership in a multinational environment. Excellent English communication skills; must be in Bengaluru or willing to relocate there.
