Job Summary
Develop and maintain detailed financial forecasts aligned with regional objectives, conducting analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization. Prepare regular financial reports and presentations, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast, while generating insights on key performance drivers. Collaborate with stakeholders to align on financial priorities, monitor adherence to budgets and policies, and support scenario modeling to assess the financial impact of business changes. Ensure data integrity and contribute to FP&A initiatives such as process improvements and system enhancements. Requires 4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years bachelors degree in Business, Economics or Finance
- 4 years of professional experience in similar role
- Experience in data analysis in fast paced enviroments
- Strong analytical mindset
- Knowledge of cost structures and margin analysis and full understanding of a P&L & FCF
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI and Tableau
- Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish
