Job Summary
Greet customers at branch entrances, guide them to appropriate support, and perform transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cash checks with high accuracy. Provide personalized advice on banking products while maintaining efficient, effective, and courteous service in person and via telephone. Complete Rockland Trust's Teller Training program and make decisions alongside immediate supervisors as experience grows. This floating position supports multiple locations in the Londonderry NH Area with a flexible schedule including weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using technology, including computers, to facilitate the achievement of business goals.
- Sales and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
- Positive approach to interactions with customers and team members.
- Ability to work within normal office requirements, with long periods of standing and continuous customer support.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness and ability to work within a flexible work week, which may include weekends, as customer needs dictate.
- Ability to successfully complete our training program.
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years prior teller experience or cash handling/customer service skills.
