Job Summary
Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to established customer service standards. Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and actively manage the lobby by greeting visitors and addressing immediate needs. Travel between designated branches on an as-needed basis to assist branch staff with cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfer activities. Take ownership of escalated account services issues, complete consumer AML/BSA/KYC activities, and log all customer complaints in the appropriate system. Transition identified sales opportunities to banking partners and maintain internal control standards in accordance with regulatory policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Experience with data entry
- Experience with cash handling
- Ability to easily travel between branches on an as needed basis
- Proven verbal communication skills
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to demonstrated exceptional customer service
- Well-organized

- Proven prioritization skills
- Proficient with internet user-level technology
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Prolonged use of hands and fingers
