Regional Float RN Med/Surg

Regional Float RN Med/Surg role floating to 12 BJC Healthcare hospitals within Medical, Surgical, and Telemetry units. Requires 2+ years Med/Surg/Tele experience and ability to travel between BJC facilities in Missouri and Illinois. Must have RN license (IL license or ability to obtain). Schedule features three 12-hour night shifts (7p–7a) with every 3rd weekend and 2 holidays per year. Competitive base pay with float differential of $15/hour, night/weekend/holiday differentials, BSN differential, mileage reimbursement, and a 2–6 week scheduling period. Preferred BSN. Role emphasizes evidence-based nursing practice, patient safety, collaboration with interprofessional teams, and continuous professional development. Safety-sensitive position.
