Job Summary
Regional Float Patient Services Specialist responsible for performing clerical duties across front office stations and learning all station duties. The role requires assisting co-workers, ensuring timely, accurate data entry, coordinating patient flow, and maintaining strong attention to detail, organization, and communication in a fast-paced, multi-site healthcare environment. Requires flexibility to work across multiple locations, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel between satellite offices (26-50%): valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed. Must be able to work Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and adapt to changing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience in the healthcare field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings
- Background checks and screenings required
- Vaccinations including influenza (subject to exemption)
