Job Summary
Regional Float Med-Surg RN needed to float across 11 BJC hospitals in MO & IL, specializing in acute care Med/Surg with a 3x12-night schedule. Role involves traveling between facilities, mileage reimbursement, Illinois RN license reimbursement, and BSN differential. Requires 2+ years acute Med/Surg experience and ability to obtain IL license; ADN/BSN/MSN accepted. Training is 5 days full-time in the first week. Opportunities to cross-train in Behavioral Health and participate in BJC Career Ladder and recognition programs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of acute care Med/Surg RN experience (required)
- Current Missouri RN license + ability to obtain Illinois RN license
- Willingness to travel between BJC facilities in MO & IL
- ADN, BSN, or MSN accepted
- Initial 1st week will be a 5 day full-time training commitment
