Job Summary
Regional Float Med-Surg RN responsible for floating across 11 BJC hospitals in Missouri and Illinois, practicing exclusively in acute care Med/Surg units with a 3-night 12-hour night shift schedule. Role includes travel between facilities, travel/mileage reimbursement, Missouri RN license and Illinois licensure as needed, and eligibility for BSN differential. Requires 2+ years of acute care Med/Surg nursing, ability to obtain Illinois RN license, and ADN/BSN/MSN accepted. Onboarding includes full-time training during the first week and opportunities for cross-training in Behavioral Health, with system-wide exposure and pathways for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of acute care Med/Surg RN experience (required)
- Current Missouri RN license + ability to obtain Illinois RN license
- Willingness to travel between BJC facilities in MO & IL
- ADN, BSN, or MSN accepted
