Job Summary
Regional Float ED RN (Nights) at BJC HealthCare’s Central Staffing Office provides direct ED care across 12 hospitals in MO and IL. The role involves night shifts (3x12-hour) with rotating weekends/holidays, floating to ED units, and traveling between facilities. Requires 2+ years of ED nursing experience; licensure in MO with ability to obtain IL license; ADN/BSN/MSN accepted. Includes mileage reimbursement, RN career ladder access, onboarding support, and a BSN differential. Emphasis on patient-centered care, collaboration with interprofessional teams, and flexible, varied clinical assignments across a system-wide environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Emergency Department (ED) RN experience (required)
- Current Missouri RN license + ability to obtain Illinois RN license
- Willingness to travel between BJC facilities in MO & IL
- ADN, BSN, or MSN accepted
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- RN license(s)
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in nursing (or equivalent)
