Job Summary
Regional Float ED RN provides direct patient care across 12 BJC hospitals in MO and IL, floating to ED and maintaining patient-centered care during 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends/holidays. Role requires 2+ years ED RN experience; Missouri RN license with ability to obtain Illinois license; ADN/BSN/MSN accepted. Travel between facilities in MO & IL is required. Benefits include night/differential pay, mileage reimbursement, and onboarding with system support; BSN differential available. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Emergency Department (ED) RN experience
- Current Missouri RN license + ability to obtain Illinois RN license
- ADN, BSN, or MSN accepted
- Willingness to travel between BJC facilities in MO & IL
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- RN
