Regional Float ED RN

Regional Float ED RN provides direct patient care across multiple BJC Healthcare Hospitals within the ED/medical-surgical/telemetry units. Requires 2+ years of ED experience, willingness to travel between BJC facilities in MO & IL, and ability to obtain an Illinois RN license. Schedule features 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am) with 2 holidays per year and every 3rd weekend; other duties include float to various facilities, mileage reimbursement, and differentials for float, nights, weekends, and BSN. Preferred BSN; safety-sensitive role with a focus on patient safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and collaboration within an interprofessional team.
