Job Summary
Connect distribution centers with Dollar General stores on regional flex-delivery routes, connecting new locations expanding across the country. New drivers must flex to critical delivery markets for two consecutive work weeks monthly after training, earning $100/day premium pay up to $500/week during away assignments. You will receive mile and stop pay, quarterly safety bonuses, and paid weekly compensation. The role includes paid training at $200/day, weekly home time, and a pet policy allowing one vaccinated dog or cat in the cab. Eligible drivers earn vacation time starting at six months, scaling to five weeks at 15 years, plus 11 paid holidays including two floating days.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age
- 3 years previous tractor/trailer driving experience
- Must be available to flex to critical delivery markets for 2 consecutive work weeks per month following training
