Regional Fleet Strategist

Job Summary
Develop and execute regional fleet strategies by maintaining rolling forecasts, optimizing vehicle allocation across North America, and managing lifecycle plans to maximize profitability. Liaise with Revenue Management, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance to align supply with demand, while analyzing operational and market data to drive strategic decisions on placement and purchasing. Maintain planning models, performance dashboards, and forecasting tools to track key metrics such as utilization and residual values. Requires 3+ years of experience in fleet strategy or supply chain, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or SQL. Domestic and international travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in fleet strategy, supply chain, transportation, logistics, operations planning, finance, business analytics, or a related analytical function
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel
- Experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytical tools
- Strong analytical thinking
