Job Summary
Process driver data changes, vehicle terminations, and fuel card requests while responding to maintenance program questions. Monitor fleet operations for local compliance, code invoices with correct GL codes, and maintain vendor relationships. Provide vehicle information for payroll deductions and implement corrective actions to manage the EMEA fleet. Forecast new requirements and streamline the fuel and electric purchase system using charge cards. Maintain the data management system to organize fleet information and advocate best practices for vehicle maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or proven track of relevant experience (1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Logistics in an international environment)
- Very good written and verbal communication in English (min. B2)
- All candidates must be eligible to work in the EU area
Desired Qualifications
- good written and verbal communication in another European language besides English and mother tongue
- Good organizational skills, detailed oriented with a "can-do" attitude
- Computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Office)
