Regional Fitness Operations Manager

Job Summary
Oversee training programs, staffing, onboarding/offboarding for fitness facilities, and coordinate interview and hiring processes. Collaborate with senior leadership to determine salary ranges, start dates, and offer details; manage staff scheduling to meet budgeted hours; supervise onboarding/offboarding procedures and ensure adherence to company standards. Lead development of quality control systems and virtual/recreational programming, coordinate new employee screenings, and support cross-functional efforts with the Director of Wellness Operations and the Director of People & Culture. Travel 50% to facilities and ensure superior service across sites while building strong relationships and driving organizational success.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in fitness or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in health education, sports management, or relevant field
- 1+ years of experience staffing, hiring, and training
- Proficiency with Mindbody, Acuity, and Google suite software
- Project management experience a plus
