Regional Fitness Manager

Manage payroll optimization and update ownership groups on fitness objectives, events, and corporate brand initiatives. Develop performance expectations across regional and studio levels, then conduct audits of retention, utilization, and coaching output during studio visits. Organize and schedule trainings for all department levels, manage the Fitness Development team to ensure consistent evaluation execution, and coordinate hiring needs by screening coaching candidates and integrating new staff. Navigate difficult coaching decisions including disciplinary action, monitor certification status, and serve as a liaison between corporate specialists and the regional team. This role drives profitability and member retention across Orangetheory Fitness studios while supporting studio managers in developing high-performing fitness cultures.
